How to Get Started

It’s easy to make Mind Lab a part of your routine. Here’s what you need to know:

1. How to Join

Your club director will send you the meeting links for each month’s sessions. Be on the lookout for an email or a notification in your organization’s calendar system with that link and a simple reminder to register for the call!

2. Choose Your Session Time

4th MONDAY OF EACH MONTH:

  • 4:30 pm PT

  • 6:00 pm PT

  • 8:00 pm PT

*Note: Holiday-adjusted dates for November and December

3. Best Practices for a Session

  • Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Use a computer or phone and wear headphones to hear clearly.

  • You don’t have to be on screen to participate and talk.

  • Listen for tips on maximizing your time from your mental performance coach.
