Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with Italian roots, Santiago has been immersed in soccer culture since early childhood.

In his early twenties, he earned a Bachelor's degree and a certification in Ontological Coaching, laying the foundation for his career in performance psychology. He has held leadership roles in Human Resources at global companies like Nalco Water and ExxonMobil.

Currently, he maintains his private practice, provides pro bono services at a public hospital in Buenos Aires, and teaches at the university level. He is also trained as a Community Health Assistant, clinical Psychology, and sports specialization. Santiago remains dedicated to advancing mental health in competitive environments by working with local and international soccer clubs while continuing his studies and deepening his expertise in elite athletic performance.
