Lexi Reed
MS
Lexi Reed is an AASP Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), Certified Personal Trainer, and former Division I track and cross country athlete. A Colorado native, she competed for Oregon State University, where she double-majored in Kinesiology and Psychology, served as a two-year team captain, and was named OSU’s Female Student-Athlete of the Year her senior year. She was also an All-State basketball and tennis player in high school, county female student- athlete of the year, and inducted to her high school Hall of Fame.
Following her undergraduate career, Lexi earned her Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States. She went on to serve as Assistant Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Performance at a private high school in the Bay Area, where she supported the mental, physical, and emotional development of student-athletes.
Now CMPC-certified, Lexi is excited to work with ACG to help athletes strengthen their mental game and overall wellbeing, both on and off the field. She is also passionate about supporting athletes in their transition out of sport, and she brings that passion to her podcast, After the Athlete, and her online community for former female athletes, ForevHER Athletes Co.
As an ACG Mental Performance Consultant, Lexi is committed to empowering athletes at every level to build confidence, resilience, and purpose—so they can thrive in sport and beyond.
